Now that you are at the end of the course, it is time to revisit the Professional Practice Plan you completed earlier in the course utilizing the Essentials of Baccalaureate Nursing, re-assess the following:The areas in which you now feel confident.The areas you know you need more knowledge/skills practice.Reassessment of ATI skills and review modulesYour five practice goals. Determine how well you achieved them.Summarize your attitudes as referenced in the QSEN competenciesWrite a minimum of a 4-6 page summary of your assessment revisiting your Practice Plan.Submit your completed assignment in the drop box under the designated “Assignment” tab on Black Board.  See the schedule in the Syllabus Addendum for due dates.
