5 Whys and 7 Wastes
Once you select two lean tools, please do an online and create a PowerPoint presentation. In each tool, you should include the following:
- Introduction: what is the tool? Please include pics and videos to explain the tool.
- Applications with examples, you are encouraged to include pics and videos to elaborate on the applications of each tool
- One case study for each tool. A case study should include the following:
- Company name, where the tool implemented;
- Problem statement;
- How the lean tool implemented;
- Results;
- References
